Description
"I found out why there are so many purple banners in town. The Chief Eunuch of Belaroth is visiting Hogsface… and he’s here to see me!"
Summary
Before this week's guest is introduced, Chunt talks about his latest guest: a crow. He took her to Foonfest where he took morglorb and saw some bands: They Are Giants, Swords and Roses, and the Black Crows. Usidore explains what the Twelve Realms of Ephysiyies are.
This week's guest is Benedict Whisperbrew the Chief Eunuch in Titania Belaroth's court. He came to The Vermilion Minotaur to recruit Arnie as a consort for Titania in the Festival of the Satiated Hippogriff, where he would dance the Dance of the Twelve Confessions. They help Arnie try out confessing things, but he mostly just ends up being rude to his guest. Arnie's confessions:
- He grew up slightly allergic to fruit
- He has slightly webbed toes
- Chunt is looking at me funny
- Arnie is enticed by the Queen's offer
- He regrets some of the things he's said
- He's made very good friends in Foon, and doesn't mean to push them away with jokes
Chunt and Arnie continue to argue a lot, with Benedict saying that he detects a "delicious" sexual tension. Usidore gets jealous that Spintax was a consort with Queen Titania, and an unforgettable one at that. Arnie ponders going, and it is suggested that Titania is a very popular choice to be on a married couple's hypothetical list of people that they are allowed to sleep with. (Mugalek the Ogre Slayer being another prime candidate.) Ultimately, while Arnie is intrigued, he chooses to stay behind in Hogsface.
