"Caball'on from I.Tree" is the fourth episode of the Offices & Bosses miniseries. It was originally released on February 1, 2017.
Description
A talking tree joins the campaign as our team enters the deadly Company Retreat.
Summary
Chunt and Usidore reveal to Arnie that they have their own podcast, Gettin' Nuts, about their favorite nuts.
Caball'on Valentin takes over as Gail Davidson-Durst for the next game in the campaign, and he's excited to play a human woman. One of the men they defeated during last week’s game was carrying an invitation to a corporate training retreat. They pick up the invitation (Dan Smith also retrieves the eyes) and find out that the retreat is run by a former co-worker who once dated Roz Walters. They rent a mini-van to get to the retreat, and everyone is impressed by the many tiny horses that powers it under the hood. John Bastion finds a shotgun under the seat of the van and takes it.
They arrive at the retreat and get passed the security guard at the gate, despite Orlando Bloom wounding the guard with his sword. They meet Gary (played by Metamore), the retreat owner who was once married to Roz. After Caball'on rolls a 24 (on the 20 sided die), Gail reveals that she was also once married to Gary, even though he has no memory of the marriage. Gail tries to seduce Gary and pump him for information about Roz, and Gary agrees to reveal secrets about Roz after each obstacle in the retreat.
The first obstacle in the course is to move through a web of ropes without touching the ropes. Orlando tries to cut them down by throwing his sword, but it bounces off the rope. Everyone is able to roll to successfully complete the ropes course, and Caball'on continues rolling impossibly high numbers (35). The players speculate that may be because of his connection to wooden objects like the die. With the first task complete, Gary reveals that Roz wanted to start a family with Gary but he wanted to focus on the business. Roz has a family now but she feels guilty that she does not spend enough time with them. Also, Gary is not the father of her children, and he's not related to Roz.
The next obstacle in the course is to form a human pyramid to retrieve a flag up in a tree. They debate how to form the structure, but settle on raising their arms together and touch fingers in the middle. A beam of light shoots from their fingertips and brings down the flag, completing the obstacle. Gary reveals that Roz is allergic to chocolate.
The final obstacle is to form a human pretzel and untwist themselves free. They get their arms stuck forming the pretzel and can’t roll high enough to get free. Chunt rolls high enough to get Dan Smith to free everyone by moving his arms to grab John and Gail's nuts. Gary is confused by Gail’s nuts. Caball'on rolls an infinity symbol and doesn’t have to roll anymore, so Gary reveals another secret about Roz: She does bleed. There’s a legend that some bosses are so powerful that they do not bleed. Since Gail can bleed, she is vulnerable. Everyone gets a participation ribbon for completing the entire course.
There’s a campfire and jamberoo at the retreat and most of the office employees are present. Orlando secretly passes a card among the employees to sign for Dan Smith’s birthday.
Gail tells Gary about their marriage and they share a romantic moment, while everyone else sings “Jamberoo” by the campfire.
