"Goblins" is the ninth episode of season one of Hello from the Magic Tavern. It was originally released on May 4, 2015. This episode features the first appearance of Marla Caceres and Eddie Piña as the goblin couple Inta and Nerf.

Description

"Now that the Vermilion Minotaur allows goblins on Sundays, I can have a few on the podcast. I still don’t really know the difference between goblins and orcs. Is it horns? I’ll find out today!"

Summary

Chunt updates Arnie on his love life. He hit on a Gila Monster and struck out. Usidore explains how he can make magical smoke images when he smokes pipe weed.

Arnie learns about goblins from Inta and Nerf, two married goblins. After they explain the difference between orcs and goblins, they tell about their 17 children and their complicated goblin wedding.

In a conversation about orcs, Nerf believes there are some good orcs, but Usidore is convinced that they are all evil.

Inta and Nerf were the first goblins allowed in The Vermilion Minotaur after the goblin ban was lifted on Sundays. The goblins have a whole underground entertainment industry where Nerf was a well known dancer. He does a little dance for Arnie, Usidore, and Chunt while Arnie tries to sing Seven Dragons and a Baby.

Inta and Nerf talk about their honeymoon at The Lake, the only lake in Foon. Then they basically do it on the show. Everyone is grossed out.

Foon sponsor

The Vermilion Minotaur once again sponsors the episode with Otok Barleyfoot telling the listeners about all of the weekly specials.
