Rayquanius the Bandit King is from Bandit Island which is entirely populated by bandits. Their entire economy is based on "the barter system" (i.e., stealing from each other). It is ruled as a banditocracy: everyone votes with their blood, although a giant has been unbalancing the vote. Usidore cast a rezoning spell the island to isolate the giant's vote from the rest but it is not known if it worked.

The Bandit King is played by John Thibodeaux.
