Lincoln works in the Earth Bunker in Chicago monitoring Arnie's transmissions from Foon, alongside the Mysterious Man, who he knows as the Mysterious Consultant.

Lincoln is also collecting data on Foon for the government. He believes the Mysterious Man is unaware of this, but the Mysterious Man is in fact sabotaging his efforts by altering his notes.

One aspect of his job he is most excited for is rescuing Arnie from Foon, which he refers to as Phase 3 of Operation Foon. He knows there is a Phase 4 but is often left out of the loop on the details.

Lincoln is played by Evan Jacover.
