Mayor Manana (man + banana) is a banana and permanent Mayor of Hogsface. As the Mayor, he wears a little mayor's sash.

Chunt carved features into a banana (while a little drunk), and initially believes Twosidore gave him life. As time goes on, the three begin to suspect he is simply an inanimate banana that people are projecting their wants and needs on; or that he perhaps was brought to life by Momo’s love, who dates the Mayor for over a year, and even considers starting a family with.¹

Momo eventually breaks up with Mayor Manana, concluding he is simply a banana with a sash.
