Description
The boy king of Grimfallon stops by the Ruffled Feather along with his au pair, Bormp.
Summary
The Mysterious Man starts the episode this week while Tricia and Craig are building defenses against him.
They’re back in the Ruffled Feather this week. The guest this week is Dartholomew the Boy King, from the fallen kingdom of Grimfallon. He has with him his au pair, Bormp. They discuss how the Boy King and au pairs work in their nation. The Boy King talks about how he misses his nation and Bormp talks about what he’d rather be doing. All of Dart’s subjects are dead except Bormp and his lady love, Old Lady Gladys. Bormp’s ultimate frisbee team also survived. Dartholomew cannot be with Gladys because of the spell that slows his ageing. Bormp gets everyone’s drink orders and they take a quick break.
Dart tells the story about how his hair turned to gold. Usidore tries to get Dart to give him a strand of his hair. Dart gives it to him, since Usidore has been respectful to him. Chunt tries to make up for being disrespectful to the boy king by eating his shorts.
Arnie asks what happens if Dart gets his subjects back. Dart says he could remake his kingdom, or he could take up Usidore’s offer to reverse the spell that makes him a boy. It turns out that all the subjects in the kingdom died because Dart made them all fight for his amusement.
Dart has Usidore turn him and Bormp into 40 year old men, but it is only temporary. However, Bormp Bormp remains and doesn’t turn back. Usidore tells them a secret name, Zoltar Biggius. Dartholomew vows to return to his kingdom and be a better king.
Emails
Chunt gets an email that asked if the show is still happening. The writer of the email wants to know what improv tools they use, but the guys read it as “improve.” They say that they haven’t really improved anything.
Space bunker
The Mysterious Man reads the credits and states how he programmed the most powerful weapon in the space bunker to punish unauthorized users by telling them uncomfortable truths about themselves.
