"Grounds Keeper" is the eighteenth episode of season three of Hello from the Magic Tavern. It was originally released on November 17, 2019.
Description
The boys meet up with Can and get a tour from the magical groundskeeper.
Summary
Arnie, Chunt, and Usidore have finally arrived at Jizzlenob Preparatory Academy. While Arnie and Chunt are ready to go Back to School, Usidore informs them he an ulterior motive for agreeing to this destination: he has reason to believe a minion of the Dark Lord is here, one who may have with them a page from the Book of Sight.
They are first greeted by Can the Yellow, who welcomes them and agrees to help them in their quest by giving them positions at the school as a cover story. He then departs the campus, believing being absent for much of the year forces the students to fend for themselves.
The trio are then approached by Hornelius the Fintaur who identifies himself as the grounds keeper. There is some confusion as to Hornelius' species, and the beginning of the tour includes many misunderstanding and false starts. Eventually Hornelius shows Arnie, Chunt, and Usidore the lake and the Kandy Kane forest, so named because it is home to the fugitive murderer Andy Kane.
Eventually the tour moves into the castle. Through the power of magic the castle foyer itself includes another set of grounds, including another lake and forest. Hornelius admits the interior is maintained by another staff member, Frank Castle Keeper, who outranks him in both prestige and skill. He later admits he is himself Frank, and has been posing as a keeper of the outdoors, unmaintained grounds so that the trio are set up to be more impressed by the interior grounds. The trio bid him goodbye and enter the castle, where they meet another individual claiming to be Frank Castle Keeper. The "real" Frank suggest Hornelius may be Andy Kane the murder, though that explanation is not necessarily true since they spotted Andy, or someone, snatching children during the tour with Hornelius.

Lincoln reveals the government began studying the podcast in earnest after the events of the season two finale threatened Earth.
