"The New Activia" is the fifty-third episode of season three of Hello from the Magic Tavern. It was originally released on August 10, 2020.

Description
Arnie stumbles upon Castle Skullmaster and is surprised to find Activia Barleyfoot inside.
Summary
The episode starts with the Mysterious Man meeting with Tricia at the ruins of the Chicago Theater. Tricia's idea of using props in her improv show caused chaos within the community and she hopes to one day rebuild it. In the meantime, the Mysterious Man offers Tricia to come with him at the Institute as he catches her up on the podcast.
Back in the pocket areas of Foon, Arnie is still with Talbot, recording at an unusual time, at a giant ominous castle; Castle Skullmaster. Chunt was able to pick up his Rune call, while Usidore leaves his trolling audio messages. When Arnie enters the building, he finds Activia Barleyfoot, who is currently house sitting for Skullmaster, whom she had met at an ogre retreat. Despite the evil nature, she finds him nicer and softer than what others believe. Physically, Activia has changed so much since they last saw her, notici9ng her highights, new outfit, and cleaner appearance.
As they catch up, the group learns that Activa is trying to be less of an ogre from her Ogre Retreat, becoming much kinder to them and apologizing for her previous interactions with them. Meeting them changed her and made her want to be a better person. Activa does becomes slightly suspicious when Arnie dodges the status of Thank the Vermilion Minotaur, it's Foon!. Still, Activia tries to give the pros of her change in the form of networking, inviting the gang to take part of ogre retreats and crystals. They also learn that she has no idea about the Fragmenting/Shattering/Breakies that happened all over Foon. Arnie admits that the Vermilion Minotaur has been destroyed during the Battle at Hogsface, but Activa forgives them as the town has been destroyed many times before.
All this sudden change worries Arnie, prompting him to ask if Activa was okay. It seems that Activa is dying, but is getting by with the help of her crystal, Chris the Crystal. Chris the Crystal offers to help the group, giving Chunt his badger body back. As Activia leaves with a bunch of Birds that took the kitchen, Arnie is now forced to house sit.
