Uteriah Valasuvius is a very experienced midwife who has taken over for countless pregnancies. She has done this for several species, too, including imps, goblins, vampires (which were tricky in part because she just wanted to sleep all the time), angels, and amazingly, a Great Blue Tiger. Like all midwifes, she is married to the great god Pitocin.

Uteriah is played by Nicky Margolis.
