Wictor is the head dungeon guard at Castle Skullmaster.

Wictor was born to prisoners held in the Castle Skullmaster dungeon, and caught the eye of Skullmaster himself, who gave him a job as a child guard. He credits his success with staying in the job that otherwise has high turnover. He is responsible for maintaining the multiple torture stations, and keeping people from touching an enchanted rose under glass.

What he really want to do is a be caterer. He has never left the castle.

He has a rivalry with a castle rat named Cynthia, and a parotmour named Louvre DeVinci.

Wictor is played by Bryan Safi.
