Wizla, is a thousand-year old Wind Sprite who operates out of the well in the center of the town of Nibblebottom. The well is for washing and general welling, but Wizla took it upon herself to let it be a place where people can share their wishes with her. Although she cannot actively grant those wishes, she is more than happy to be trusted by the wishes of the passersby.
